Bosworth, Jr. is an experienced civil engineer who remained at his self-appointed post during the entire aftermath of Hurricane Katrina protecting his home and Carrollton neighborhood. His professional insights into New Orleans Geology and Topography and Hurricane Katrina will enlighten the membership at this first September meeting to defy cancellation in the last three years.
